How does it know about my organization?
Upload documents during setup—PDFs, spreadsheets, whatever you have. The hotline indexes them automatically and can answer questions based on what you provide.
Can callers reach a human?
Yes. Hotlines can transfer calls to people or even other hotlines. You configure who, when, and under what conditions.
Does my hotline make outbound calls?
No. Hotlines are inbound only. People call your hotline—it doesn't call them. It can send SMS follow-ups, but only to people who've called in.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Calls and data are encrypted. You control who can access your hotline's information. We don't sell or share your data.
